and we know what the doctor’s name in circular gallifreyan looks like
why don’t we just… translate that to english…?
I HAVE WONDERED THIS FOR SIX MONTHS BUT I NEVER SAID ANYTHING BECAUSE I FIGURED THAT SOMEONE WOULD HAVE DONE THIS ALREADY.
The answer:
The circular Gallifreyan that people can read and write is just a Fan-Made language. This image is ”The Doctor’s” name, or so we are told. It is created by some artist at BBC and most likely as no sensible translation. Though the doctor may have a true name, there is no true way to translate this.
